		<description>Great post! &quot;There&#039;s very little my body won&#039;t do.&quot; I think that has to be the most profound discovery that every crossfitter learns after a few months of sticking with it. After that, it&#039;s the constant testing of your limits and knowing that if you can&#039;t accomplish something today, it&#039;ll happen tomorrow, next month or next year. That&#039;s what keeps me fighting to be stronger, better faster.</description>
