As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
6 SDLHP
6 Burpees
6 Power Snatch
M=65 lbs/W=45 lbs for the SDLHP and power snatch.

SWOD
Apprentice/Craftsman:
Bench 5 reps @75% of 1RM
Bench 3 reps @85% of 1RM
Bench 1 rep+ @95% of 1RM

All Levels: BB Bent Over Row 5@70%, 2×5@75%, 2×5@80%

    Yep. This WOD is about endurance. The last time you did this WOD you only got 9 rounds. You should at least be around 12-14 this time :)

    after i wrote that i realized the guys weight was 65#….then it clicked! haha! i’m slow on the uptake sometimes! 12-14…such faith you have, guess i’d better eat a good lunch! see you guys at the 1130!

    Crap! I was planning to work out at 1130 but now I have to meet a colonel at 1230 and I need a haircut first so I’ll probably have to go to the 1700. Or maybe I could go super early and stop sweating by noon…. hrm.
