It’s simple; loose fat, get stronger, get faster, & look better naked.
Use any diet you want Paleo, Zone, Atkins, or my personal favorite the Dunkin Donuts diet, & Crossfit your heart out.
On 01OCT you will take a picture in your favorite workout gear followed by a weigh in & body fat test. Then execute The Crossfit Total followed by 20 min rest & then Helen, six weeks latter rinse, repeat. Progress will be measured by your percentage change in the benchmarks & body fat. You will be also evaluated on your change in physical appearance. A randomly selected panel of 4 of Crossfit Fort Meade’s fi nest will make a judgment on your change in appearance.
The bench marks will account for 75% of your score & change in appearance 25%.
SCORING
The sum of the athlete’s rank in each category will be weighted & added together. Lower is better.

$20 buy-in | Prizes go to the top three & a half dozen Krispy Kremes to the last. Prizes will be determined by how many participants & announced at week three.
